In order for the IPF Immune to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

● The IPF Immune was purchased in the last 14 days

● The IPF Immune must in the original packaging sealed and unopened

● If a IPF Immune was defective or damaged upon delivery we can either provide a refund or send a new IPF Immune. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Packing slip and instructions will be sent via email to the email used for the return and/or order.
